Quick Search Help

The quick search allow you to search for a real property parcel in a very quick and flexible way.  The search is case insensitive and parcel #s can be entered with or without the dashes.  Once you have entered enough information to identify a single parcel it will automatically advance you to the details of that property.  You may also click on the record to view the details.

You can search By Owner name, Parcel #, Address/Street Name, Facility Name or Subdivision Name. 

A search will automatically start once you have entered 5 characters, you click the [Search] button or Hit Enter.

The search will return 3 pieces of information: the matched value, the parcel # and if it is a parcel the address with its Tax District (TD) and Department of Revenue (DOR) Use code, like in the following example:

Owner Search

Just type the last name.  You may continue filtering by putting a space and then type in the first name.

EXAMPLE: smith j

Address Search

You DO NOT need directional or street type.  You can type a street name followed by a space and the house # or you can start with house # followed by a space and the street name and optionally a directional.

EXAMPLE: orange 500

*** NEW: You may now search for Suite or Unit #s by typing the number sign (#) after the street #

EXAMPLE: 225 #206

Parcel Search

You can begin typing a parcel # with or without the dashes

EXAMPLE: 251930

 25-19-30-521

Facility Search

Type the facility name.

EXAMPLE: 7-11

Subdivision Search

You can type the subdivision name (with spaces).  Subdivisions will display their plat book and page and will take you to the list of parcels in the subdivision.
