SALES SEARCH HELP
Similar to the parcel search, the sales search allows you to search for subdivisions by name or plat book/page. This is helpful for mutli-phase subdivisions. The name of the subdivision can be entered and one or more subdivisions can be selected to display the sales. By default, all sales are presented for all parcels.
The sales by parcel allows you to type a partial parcel # (at least 6 numbers) to search for sales within an area.
The advanced sales search allows you to search all sales in the last 5 years. You can search by property type, DOR use code, Bedroom, Bathroom count, living area and lot size. The sales search is limited to returning no more than 15,000 records. The more specific the criteria, the better your results will be.
The sales listing can be further filtered, sorted and/or grouped. There is a quick menu for creating grouping, but any column can be dragged into the group bar area or removed by clicking the [X] next to the column name.
Next to each column is a filter icon. Clicking the filter icon will allow you to filter you list in a similar fashion to filtering in an Excel file.
When filtering, you can use the menu to toggle items on or off. Use the additional filters menu to build complex criteria when desired.
To sort the results, click on any column header. If additional sort columns are desired, use the ctrl-click to select additional columns. Sorts can be reversed by clicking on the column a second time.
